Video intercom function:

When the bell rings, an image of all connected cameras appears on the large 10.2 inch monitor. The user then sees the caller on the monitor (the person ringing the doorbell) and images from all connected cameras. Furthermore, the user can, if desired, establish audio communication with the caller and open the door if necessary, allowing visitors to enter. Each time you ring, images from the outdoor unit and images from connected CCTV cameras are stored in the device's internal video memory with the date and time of the event.

Subsequent image review:
The user can subsequently view images taken at a time when he was not at home or in the office. Video memory has a capacity of 56 images. The oldest images automatically overwrite the new images.

Simple video surveillance system function:
Up to 4 image sources can be connected to the CDV-1020AQ: eg one outdoor unit and up to three CCTV cameras, which can be arranged to monitor events around the house (parking, entrance, garden, garage, etc.). The image from these cameras can be displayed at any time with just two taps on the screen of the device. The camera image is automatically displayed in quad mode (four images on one screen). Just one touch is enough to instantly enlarge the image from any camera to full screen. The CCTV camera images displayed on the screen can be saved in the device memory by pressing the button to capture the image in memory.

Phone function:
The CDV-1020AQ allows the connection of a fixed telephone line (or a GSM communicator that simulates fixed line functions). When this function is selected, the telephone keypad appears on the monitor and the user can dial the telephone number - just like on a classic telephone.
