JA-102KRY — overview

The JA-102KRY is the control panel of the JABLOTRON Mercury alarm system for fixed installations combining bus and wireless devices. The KRY variant includes space for the JA-111R radio module and supports the JA-194Y-LITE GSM/GPRS communicator for redundant alarm reporting.

Core capabilities

• Support for up to 31 peripherals and 31 remote controls.
• Up to 32 user accounts and 4 separate sections (areas).
• Two programmable PG outputs for local device control.

The panel provides a terminal block for the Jablotron bus, an internal connector for the JA-111R radio module and a connector for the JA-194Y-LITE communicator, enabling transmission protocols such as JABLO IP, SIA IP and Contact ID.

Power and backup

Rated mains: ~110–230 V / 50–60 Hz (max. 0.28 A) with F1.6 A/250 V fuse. Back‑up battery: 12 V, max. 2.6 Ah (lead‑gel). Max. continuous consumption from the panel is 1000 mA; specific current figures with/without GSM or LAN are defined in the technical data.

Security standards and operation

Classified security level 2, environment class II, compliant with EN50131-1, EN 50131-3, EN 50131-6, EN 50131-5-3 (with radio module), EN 50131-10, EN 50136-1 and EN 50136-2. Communications use proprietary AES encryption (minimum 128‑bit ANSI SIA key).

Administration and event handling

The system stores approximately 7 million recent events. Responses to lost peripheral communication and incorrect code entries (sabotage alarm after 10 incorrect codes and temporary lockout) are configurable by profile. Commissioning and parameter changes are managed through MyCOMPANY and remote control via MyJABLOTRON.
