The JA-153E-AN is a two-way wireless access module with a quality numeric keypad and an integrated 125 kHz RFID reader for controlling and authorising users of the JABLOTRON 100+ system. The module is addressable and occupies one alarm system position.

The unit contains one operating segment and can be extended with up to 20 JA-192E control segments to divide access or control separate parts of the system. Segments allow control of the system state and programmable outputs.

The keypad supports Smart Radio Wake-up (SRW), which automatically terminates sleep mode (wakes the keypad) during an entry delay when a wireless detector is triggered, improving responsiveness while preserving battery life.

Primary power is from 2 × AA (LR6) alkaline batteries (not included); typical battery life is 1–2 years depending on settings and usage. The module can also be powered from a local external supply (power input 0.5 W) for permanent operation.
