Multifunctional control relay AC-160-DIN

AC-160-DIN is a wireless multifunctional relay designed for DIN‑rail installation. When enrolled in a JABLOTRON 100+ control panel it copies selected PG outputs; it can also operate standalone, responding to unidirectional JA‑15x devices.

The relay provides a galvanically isolated switching contact for 230 V power loads (resistive up to 16 A). Inductive/capacitive loads are limited to 8 A; halogen load rating is up to 1000 W. The relay is suitable for lighting and other 230 V loads—use appropriate contactors for heavier inductive loads.

Selectable response modes include:

• NATURAL (extended copy) – mirrors the command device state;
• IMPULSE – single pulse;
• STATUS CHANGE – toggles state on each activation;
• SWITCH OFF – switches the powered device off;
• BLOCK – locks the relay state.

The module features a front push‑button for manual control and supports firmware updates via micro‑USB. It uses 868.1 MHz Jablotron protocol (internal antenna or optional AN‑868 external antenna) and can enroll up to 64 JA‑15x detectors in standalone mode. In a system it occupies one position.

AC‑160‑DIN is suitable for quick integration into alarm automation and lighting control scenarios where a compact, addressable DIN‑rail relay is required. For motor loads or high inrush devices, install appropriate switching gear to respect the relay’s inductive rating.
