Overview
The JA-180W is a combined wireless PIR + MW motion detector designed for indoor human motion detection. The dual-sensor concept achieves high immunity to false alarms by requiring MW confirmation of PIR triggers before reporting an alarm to the control panel.

Operation
When the PIR detects motion, the MW sensor is activated to confirm the event. Only a confirmed MW signal results in an alarm report. Detection pattern can be optimised with alternative lenses: JS-7904 (long hallway), JS-7906 (pet) and JS-7901 (curtain).

Installation and compatibility
The unit is addressable and occupies one position in the JABLOTRON 100 system. It is intended to be installed by a trained technician. The detector requires one CR14500 battery (3.6 V / 2.45 Ah); battery not included.

Adjust the MW field to match the PIR coverage for reliable operation. The detector uses a production code for enrolment into the system; follow the manufacturer's procedure when adding or removing the device.
