JA-110P BUS PIR motion detector

The JA-110P is a wired BUS passive infrared detector intended for indoor intrusion detection. It occupies one address on the alarm bus and detects movement of warm bodies. With the standard lens it provides a 110° detection angle and coverage up to 12 m.

Detection behaviour can be optimised by using alternative lenses: JS-7904 (corridor / narrow beam), JS-7906 (reduced sensitivity to pets) or JS-7901 (vertical curtain). After changing the lens verify correct coverage of the protected area — an incorrectly fitted lens may cause detection errors.

The detector offers two selectable immunity levels against false alarms. The optional SMART MEMORY INDICATION (SMI) gives a visual LED confirmation of triggering to help locate the alarm source; SMI can be reset via the keypad or disabled in system settings.

Installation and power: recommended mounting height is 2.5 m. Power is supplied from the control panel BUS: 12 V DC (9 ... 15 V). Quiescent current is 5 mA; maximal current for cable selection is 10 mA. Devices may be connected anywhere on the BUS loop — order of connection is not important.
