JA-162PW is a wireless dual motion detector combining passive infrared (PIR) and microwave (MW) detection. PIR detects thermal movement while MW confirms the event before an alarm is sent, providing high immunity to false triggers.

Intended use and compatibility: Designed for indoor use in JABLOTRON 100+ systems. Compatible control panels include JA-101K, JA-102K, JA-103K, JA-106K, JA-107K and JA-152KRY.

Installation notes: Recommended installation height is about 2.5 m. For best MW performance install in a room corner; avoid metal objects that can affect the MW field. Enrollment is performed via F-Link software and a JA-11xR radio module.

Lens options and settings: The standard white lens (JA-162PW) meets white-light immunity up to 6000 lux; grey and anthracite variants offer increased immunity. PIR and MW sensitivity and MW activation mode (Any set / Complete / Always / Never) are configurable in F-Link to match the protected environment.

The detector supports test modes (PIR+MW and MW) with LED indication during commissioning, automatic low-battery reporting and internal settings for balancing reaction time versus immunity to false alarms.
