EI208DW is a stand‑alone carbon monoxide (CO) alarm designed for use in building interiors, caravans and boats. It features a high‑performance electrochemical sensor calibrated in CO and an LCD that displays CO concentration, status and recommended actions (display from 20 ppm up to 995 ppm in 5 ppm steps).

The unit provides early pre‑alarm indication from 20 ppm and gives audible and visual warnings at hazardous concentrations. The integral piezo sounder produces 85 dB(A) at 3 m. The Test/Hush button checks sensor, electronics, battery and horn and allows temporary silencing of an alarm when CO <150 ppm.

Powered by a sealed 3 V lithium battery designed to last the alarm's 10‑year service life (non‑replaceable). The alarm includes a memory feature that records the last activation, fault indication (yellow LED) and an End‑of‑Life indicator (3 amber flashes and 3 beeps) when replacement is required.

AudioLINK enables acoustic download of alarm parameters and status via a smartphone app. Fitted with an Ei200MRF (RadioLINK+) module, the EI208DW can be wirelessly interconnected with compatible Ei devices (up to 12 RF devices).
