JAB JB-112TH is a BUS-connected room sensor that measures temperature, relative humidity and CO₂ concentration and includes a thermostat function for controlling heating or ventilation within JABLOTRON 100/100+ systems. It is intended for zonal climate control and automatic temperature maintenance.

The device communicates measurements over the system bus and supports remote control and history charts (temperature, humidity and CO₂) via MyJABLOTRON 2. CO₂ monitoring also allows monitoring of indoor air quality in offices and public spaces.

JB-112TH provides outputs for controlling heating/ventilation and can be used with an external temperature probe (input for JB‑TS‑NTC10K or similar), which is useful for underfloor heating or other specific sensor locations.

Installation and configuration are performed as part of the JABLOTRON system; the device is designed for professional integration and the system should be registered in the JABLOTRON Cloud to enable full MyJABLOTRON functionality. Refer to the product manual for exact installation and electrical specifications.
