JAB JB-112TH-AN is a BUS-connected room sensor measuring temperature, relative humidity and CO₂ concentration, featuring an integrated thermostat function. It is a display-free, bus device intended for integration within the JABLOTRON 100/100+ ecosystem.

The unit provides continuous monitoring of temperature, humidity and indoor air quality (CO₂) and can trigger HVAC or ventilation actions according to configured rules. The CO₂ measurement enables automatic activation of ventilation when predefined thresholds are exceeded. When an external sensor is connected, the device can also be used for control of underfloor heating.

All configuration is performed centrally via the MyJABLOTRON 2 app or the system control unit; there is no local user interface on the device itself. The suffix –AN denotes the anthracite finish.

Installation: the sensor connects to the bus and supports flush or surface mounting (surface mounting requires the PLV-JB11XTX backplate). Installation and wiring must be carried out by an authorized installer following the manufacturer's instructions.
