JB-112TP is a BUS room thermostat with a built-in CO₂ sensor that monitors temperature, relative humidity and air quality in a single device. It is designed for central and zonal control within the JABLOTRON 100+ ecosystem and occupies one addressable position on the BUS.

Basic local control is available on the display; detailed schedules, graphs and settings are managed through the MyJABLOTRON 2 app. Integration with the alarm system enables energy-saving behaviors such as automatic setback on arming or heating shut-off when a window is open.

The unit supports independent switching of heating, cooling and ventilation and can work with an external NTC floor sensor (floor temperature limit). A darker anthracite variant is available (JB-112TP-AN).
